Our traditional menu is specially designed to celebrate the tender steak, but also includes a wide variety of fresh seafood, chicken, lamb & gourmet vegetarian dishes.
The chef recommends the chevaps traditional home made skinless sausages & any of our mouth watering organic steak dishes. You have the choice of a tender sirloin, scotch, eye fillet, rib eye or beef shaslik steak.
We cook our specially matured meat on a Mallee Root operated charcoal grill to infuse a unique smoky flavour.
